Standard Design Control Panels
Stepros pump control panels include many standard designs for common wastewater pumping applications. These panels are designed for pumping effluent and for use in onsite wastewater treatment systems.
SF-Series Control Panels
The SF-Series of control panels are for simplex pump configurations and can be used for Septic Tank Effluent Pump (STEP) systems. Applications include onsite treatment systems and pump control into pressurized drainfields or gravity systems. Panels can be outfitted with options such as an elapsed time meter.
SF1-ETM
One of our most popular pump control panels, the SF1 control panel is used for demand-dosed effluent pump applications using two float switches. This panel is typically used with a 115V effluent pump.
SF1-RO
The SF1-RO control panel is also used for demand-dosed effluent pump applications using three float switches, with the third float acting as a redundant off (RO) switch. This panel is typically used with a 115V effluent pump.
SC1/SC2
The SC1 control panel includes a motor-start contactor and is used for 115V pumps of 1 Horsepower(HP) and larger. The SC2 control panel is used with 230V pumps of 1 HP or larger.
DAC-Series Control Panels
For duplex pump applications, Stepros offers the DAC-series of pump controller panels. The DAC1 is used for 115V pumps and the DAC2 is used for 230V pumps.
Custom Design Control Panels
Stepros’ in-house control panel shop is certified to the Underwriter Laboratories UL508A standard, the industry standard for industrial control panels. We produce a variety of simplex and duplex septic tank control panels for use with multiple float and pump configurations. Custom control panel configurations are available. Contact us for a quote.
